Dyslexic Stamp by RayenDesari Dyslexic Stamp by RayenDesari
In response to a comment emailed to me and I decided to answer it this way.

What is Dyslexia?
A: [link]

Dyslexic? Big Deal. Yea my brain is "wired differently"; completely, I think in forms of pictures rather than words and suck at math and grammar, yet I'm an active writer, reader and proudly hold an I.Q. of 124-126. It's hard for me to learn another language though I have tired and got Latin to a degree, I don't like being referred to by a school chart by having a "learning disability"; though it may be one. I learn my own way and hardly forget a darn thing lol. Yea I spell just as 'jsut'; a lot or have a hard time reading the title "My Name is Brain Brian"; doesn't mean I'm stupid, far from it actually. So why do people with my kind of brain always get a bad rep or labeled dumb? Here are some famous Dyslexics and I dare someone to say that to them. Hehe.

Thomas Edison
Albert Einstein
Leonardo Da Vinci
Pablo Picasso
Andy Warhol
Thomas Jefferson
John F. Kennedy
(Just to Name a few)

Dyslexic and Proud! Who’s With ME?
And oddly my first stamp…yes its spelled wrong on purpose.

About thinking in pictures i don't know. I think visually too, and this helps me with foreign languages, because i can visualize the written word in my head.
My English teacher said that this is the reason that helped me to write correct English words even when I didn't know the language at all, because I could recall a picture where I saw how the word was written.

From what I know, Dyslexia is more common than one may think, and it runs in my family. My cousin, some of my aunts, my mother have moderate dyslexia. My mother can write with a very nice handwriting and she never do grammar mistakes, but she can't read very well. My brother has mild dyslexia aswell, and when he's tired, he said he can't read.

I don't have dyslexia, but i had difficult to write and to draw decently for several years because of my poor hands-coordination (I was the only that could read my handwriting and I had difficult to draw straight lines and circle free-hand), but now I'm getting far better.
About Dyslexia I'm doing some researches because one of the protagonist of my story has severe dyslexia and I want to show it in a graphic way.
